Stayed here after previously staying in a very sunny and hot location, so appreciated the shade of the very mature trees. However, a very large tree at the entry to the site would have made parking much more difficult had one of the staff not re-directed us to enter from a different way than we'd been instructed at the office upon check-in. Because of the trees, there was no grass and plenty of pine needles to track in, but it was very comfortable for sitting outside. The site was level, asphalt. Good Verizon service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will consider staying here again if in the area.
Wish I could give this park a higher rating based on proximity and ease of beach access, but that is about all it has going for it. Now managed by a hotel 2 blocks up the street, it is clear they give little attention to the RV portion of the business. First, though they accept reservations, they do not pre-assign the sites based on rig length. Secondly, with 10 or 12 attempts we finally were able to get into one of the remaining sites, and that was after some scraping on a tree which should be trimmed or removed. Though adequate length, there was insufficient room to maneuver a big (39') 5th wheel. The concrete pad was thankfully level. We will likely look for an alternative location should we return to the area.
This was our 3rd stay at this park, and the best site yet (#89); it was a great easy back-in with a wonderful view of the ocean, though mother nature (fog) was not as cooperative. Luckily, it was cool enough not to need 50 amp power for A/C. Site was fairly level and good width. No real privacy between sites, as a small motorhome was pulled in adjacent, so they had to turn around to utilize their sewer. The staff is very friendly. Didn't try their Wi-Fi, good cell service for our hotspot. Will return again, especially if we can get this site.
Close proximity to Lincoln City, but not walking distance to the beach. Easy access to Devil's Lake. Site somewhat narrow but very good length to park both trailer and truck on cement pad; site was unlevel with no grass on one side. Other sites were grassy on each side, which would have been preferable. Very quiet despite easy access to Hwy 101. Will definately plan to stay here again when on the Oregon Coast.
Despite multiple thundershowers, had a wonderful stay in this great COE park. Had one of the few full hookup and 50A sites; nice paved site and patio with surrounding grassy area. Poor Verizon cell service, which restricted use of hot spot also. Would definitely return to this park.
Nicely cared for park with many beautiful baskets of flowers throughout. Had a nice pull-through site, more than adequate length to remain hooked up with the 5th wheel for an overnight stay. Paved roads, gravel sites, with large grassy area; would have been nice to be forewarned of evening grass sprinklers. Very easy location from I-90, nice for a one night stay, but would be good for a longer stay also. Would stay again if passing through.
We found this park to be very lovely, just next to the river and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Paved roads, with adequate gravel sites, large grassy area and table. Full hookups and good cable TV. Used our own Wi-Fi, so cannot comment. Will look forward to staying here again, and perhaps renting a boat to explore the lake. A great stay.
