This was a very nice park. It is quiet and well kept. The employees are friendly and helpful. Although we didn't use any of the amenities as we were just traveling through, the pool was pretty and well maintained and the playground nice and well kept. We had a pull through site with a picnic table. The beach is just across the highway. There is a nice public beach area about one mile to the east. The only drawback is that the neighborhood is a little seedy and there is a go-cart track next door. However, the park has security and the go-carts closed before 10:00 and we heard nothing after they closed. There are only two places to eat within walking distance. We will look forward to staying here again
The roads to the park are very rough. To enter the park you must drive through a shopping center. It is kind of hard to locate in the dark. This is mainly a place for permanent people. Many of these permanent RV's are in bad shape. It is located very close to a drag racing track and the railroad. However, the staff are very friendly, the sites are level with nice new wooden picnic tables. The overnight sites are easily accessible pull throughs. The drag strip closed down by 11:00. If you're just looking for a place to spend the night, it's got what you need.
This is an older campground but still very well kept. The laundry facility is minimal but clean. The sites are well spaced apart. The staff is courteous and helpful. The pool is old but clean and nice.
A very nice campground located in an industrial kind of area. The only downside was it's proximity to a race track. It was very noisy when they were racing or up late in the night. Other than that, this is a very nice spot.
