We rate this campground as POOR. We stayed here (or tried to) because it was close to Moody AFB base and another officer recommended it who was staying there. Although the campground is nice, the owners are positively disgusting. I arrived in our coach first because my husband was working late and would arrive in the car. They seemed wonderful and very friendly at first to me upon check in, but apparently racism is alive and well in Hahira. We were told point blank they didn't tolerate our "kind" (My husband is black, and I am American Indian) after my husband arrived. Even though we had paid for 3 nights, they told us there was a mistake on our reservations and there was no lots available, even tho 4 sites were available. We demanded a refund, a confrontation ensued and the local sheriff had to be called. We finally got a refund check before leaving. We will not recommend this park to anyone.

Nice park, lots of trees and except for road noise, it was OK. We only stayed here for a couple days before heading to Florida but we would stop again. Valdosta and the base are nearby. Wi-Fi was OK.

We have stayed here before and usually try to stay here for a week when we visit Florida. Park is great, with helpful staff and nice sites. This is a regular stop for us.

We stayed here in 2011 around Christmas and immediately made reservations to return this year. The lights they put up are awesome, sites are spotless and the bathrooms are wonderful, spacious and clean. One of the hosts also worked at the gift shop and she was wonderful and helped the kids make an ornament. We come from New York every year heading to Tampa and this is now a favorite stop on our list. All of the staff is wonderful and we highly recommend this park.

We stayed here on the way to South Florida. Be very careful entering the park if you have a big coach, because of the entrance. Sites are level and relatively clean, bathrooms are nasty. We camped in the back part, and except for road noise, it was pretty quiet. No cable, and Wi-Fi was poor or non existent. Lots of long term residents with old units. Park managers? were friendly, but a little strange. I can see why they call it "in and out". Not bad for an overnight stop but would not recommend it for a snowbird destination. Rate was different than what we told, and our friends were charged a different rate than we were. We were told it was due to a trainee, but they didn't want to adjust it. All in all, a decent place to stop for a day or so, handy to all restaurants. Italian place down the street was excellent.
