Rate reflects a Passport America discount of 50%. This is certainly not worth $60.00 per night. The term "resort" is a stretch. Grass site. No patio. Road in/out was rough. Hot tub not working. Lady at the front desk could use some customer service skills. A lot of old looking RVs, park models, and full time people. One and a half miles to the beach. On a positive note it is close to all sights in the area and easy to get to. Will find another place to stay the next time we are in the area.
Camped for 4 nights. Rate reflects RPI membership. Campground needs a lot of TLC. Roads and RV sites need a lot of new gravel. Rained all days we were there and site became very muddy and road has multiple pot holes. Had it not been for the potholes and then the mud around the hook ups, would have been OK. The lady in the office was so nice. She and her husband are trying very hard. Surroundings are pretty with the large oaks and ample shade.
Gave a star for the paved road in and around the camp ground. A star for the long level gravel sites. Nice people in the office. 75% of park is full time with a lot of junk outside the RV's. The sites were not well kept. Our site was filled with grass/weeds that were above the ankle. Could not enjoy being outside. Sites also had ants. Had the smell of dead fish coming from the pond area. The laundry room floor was dirty. Had stayed at this park a year ago and it was in much better shape. Will not return. Had I seen the site before paying for a week, would not have stayed.
Stayed 3 nights. Clean and easy to get to as well as to get to downtown. People are super nice and helpful. Grounds are well groomed. Some traffic noise from freeway at back of facility but does not keep you awake. Stayed here before and will for sure stay again. Have checked out other parks in area and this is the best. Rate reflects a KOA discount and points used. KOA tends to be more per night but this place is worth a little extra.
Rate reflects Coast to Coast fee. The term "Resort" is a laugh. The young couple running the resort are trying to clean up the shabby grass and sites. A lot were long term people working a pipeline near by. The pool is great. There are many ATV trails and it looks like it would be a nice fall place with changing colors and they have hay rides in the fall. While there their sewer lines had crashed so no sewer hook up. Only one site with 50 amp. The dump station was trashy and hard to get to as the grass/weeds needed trimming around the dump site. This place has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. No, we will not stay again. Also, a major hike to the dumpster to place trash.
This is a great and relaxing park. Benches along the river to sit and watch the river activity. Have stayed here before and will stay again. The office people are really friendly and helpful to area attractions.
A very basic park. It is clean. We were the only non full timer. It is close to town. 5 miles. Hosts are friendly. We stayed 3 nights due to visiting friends in the area. Rate should be $20.00. Over priced. Could hear highway traffic. Would not stay again.
Office staff was nice. Park was clean, no trash about. Trash pickup at site daily. Easy in/out. Seven miles south of I-20. Easy to get to attractions. Nice grass space between sites but could not enjoy due to the grass badly needed mowing. Up past the ankles. A lot of fire ant beds. If you have AT&T for phone, no service. The picnic tables are bad. Rusted and the wood was rotten. Could not use. Will not stay her again.
Rate reflects the monthly rate. We were here for four months while doing a consulting job. Have family in the area and when we return we will always stay here going forward. For the Texas summer the shade cannot be beat. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Work has been going on in the creek between the upper sites and lower sites and will be complete in August, giving improvement to the park. While there are many full time people here the RV's are not run down and sites are well kept. Close to all Arlington activities and well worth the money for the stay.
Rate reflects the monthly rate. Great park. Clean and safe. Has security. Beautiful golf course and grounds, and the best dog park we have found in our year of traveling. People are very friendly with a lot of activities that do not involve golf. Good food at the 19th hole. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ten miles from I-10 but worth the few extra miles to get to. Surrounded by fields with a lot of vegetables growing. Paved roads with gravel lots that are level. This is our second time here and will come again.
Rate reflects a monthly rate. Good location for all attractions. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Have stayed here many times due to having family in the area. In the last year the park has gone down hill some. Now has a large number of long-term units that are old and shabby. Also these units have a lot of "junk" around the unit and often multiple vehicles that block the lane. The only reason we continue to stay is due to being close to family and attractions. That said, if you are not a monthly customer, the sites are very nice. It is the long-term units that have become shabby, dirty, and trashy.
Nice park. Easy to get to from the interstate. Quiet and clean. People are friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night but would stay again. We were in a 37 ft rig and we barely fit in the site with the car attached. Sites are close together.
East on/off from I-40 coming from Nashville. Sites are close together and was barely long enough for our 37 ft motor home and car behind. Could hear the people next to us, as units are close together. People are nice and park is clean. Most of the sites are filled with people that live there. We were visiting family in the area and the park was close to them. We will look elsewhere it there again but OK for short term stays.
The speed bumps going in are large and set off our jack alarms. Roads and sites are narrow. Trees in the way of the dish on top of our motorhome. Sites are close together except for the people that live there. Sites are gravel with a lot of grass growing through the gravel. Stayed a week and would not stay again. There was a lot of freeway noise. Not really close to sights and the shuttle is costly.
Rate reflects the weekly rate. Pull thru site could use more gravel. Pull thru in our 37 ft motor home was tight and close together. Park is OK and close to what you would want to do. They do have a shuttle to sites but there is a charge. Rate a 7 due to the unexpected freeway noise all day and night. Would not stay here again due to the noise.
Rate is with Coast to Coast membership. Overall grounds of resort and golf course are beautiful. Campground could use some clean up work. Trash bins at sites never emptied during stay of 7 days. At check-in the person was rude and you could tell he did not like his job. Will look elsewhere on a return to Branson.
Stayed 3 nights. Rate reflects a discount. A bit tight for our 37 foot motorhome, but OK once car was disconnected to make turn to go to site. Easy access from I-44 to all areas in Tulsa or surrounding areas. Has propane, dump station, and laundry. Very clean. Concrete and roads. Would stay here again.
Rate reflects the Good Sam discount. Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful park. Clean, has a putt putt course, pool, spa and you can rent bikes. Good walking areas. Would stay here again for sure. Easy on/off from I-35. Very little road noise.
Stayed here for a week. Clean. Close to area attractions. Very nice staff. Rate reflects a summer special rate. Like most Las Vegas RV parks, little to no grass. Paved roads and sites. Could be tight in/out if full. Would stay again.
Easy to get to from I-15. Do not hear road noise. Nice area for children. Clean. Nice pull throughs. People very nice and helpful. Listed as having cable, but did not. Trees in the way of our satellite. WiFi worked well. Would stay here again.
Stayed 3 nights in a 40 footer. Off of I-86 but only a few miles off I-15. Close to shopping. Clean, quiet and safe. Owner is very nice. Did not rate a ten as it is by a RV & Trailer storage on one side. However, the view from the back and one side is scenic. Long spaces but a bit tight to turn into and out of with our truck and rig. Would stay again.
Rate is with a Good Sam. Camped there for one night. Nice little park. Right off the highway. Train track at the back of he park but it did not bother us. Clean, and we felt safe. Nice staff. They saw us pull in and met us to lead to site, as when making our reservation the paper work was done then. They gave the dog a treat and offered help with set up. The park was full the night we were here. We would stay again. Sites are gravel and long. We have a 40 foot rig and a big truck. All fit well.
Stayed a week. Great park. This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. They pick up your trash daily. Indoor pool and hot tub was great. Nice pads and paved road around. Nice view of the river and hills. Easy to get to shopping and the things to do. Will stay again.
Stayed 2 nights. Easy on/off from the Interstate. Highway noise not a problem. Pretty park. Has mountain view and lots of trees. Nice people. Park is clean and well kept. Long pull through sites with nice space between sites. Will gladly stay here again.
Really nice. Clean, safe and pretty. Quite. Easy on/off interstate. Good friendly staff. Makes BBQ on site and will deliver to your site. Reasonable price and good. Recommend reservations. Full the 2 nights we were here. Would like to return when can spend more time in Cheyenne. Great park, will stay again.
Paved road. Gravel sites. More permanent residents than not. Some very old run down RV units. Backs to a park that has homeless people there. Many people walking through that look rough. Our neighbor had his BBQ grill stolen. We were told by two different people that to lock up anything you wanted to keep. No security Park next to busy street that you get traffic noise from. Hard to get in/out of with our 40ft 5th wheel. Park does not look clean but that could be due to the dry conditions. Will not stay here again, to many other RV parks to choose from in the area. People in the office were nice.
Small park and sites not clean. Man at front desk was rude and expressed disdain when we did not speak Spanish. Would never stay here again. Place is NOT up to KOA standards. Would be worth the extra hour to drive to the next town.
Clean and nice. A safe park. Improvements being made. Great people that work at park. In the middle of the city but still quite. Close to all attractions in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Dallas. If coming from I-30, going south on Cooper, ask office how to get into park. In a RV there is no way to make the left U-turn at the light on California street. We will stay here again.
Nice view of the Mississippi river. Concrete pads. Buildings in keeping with the Tom Sawyer theme. Nice people. They pick up your trash. Safe. Ask office for directions from the interstate. GPS will take you through a bad part of town. Will stay there again when visiting attractions in Memphis.
Clean, quite and safe. Stars at night. A bit off the beaten path but worth the 5 miles. Nice size sites. Friendly people and helpful. Call and get directions as GPS will take you on back winding roads. Beautiful Amish country with a lot to see and do. It is 40 minutes to Canton for the football hall of fame. Will stay again.
Stayed a week to be able to take in all attractions in area. Clean, safe and quite. Near the freeway, but you don't get the noise. Gravel sites and paved road around. Close to all attractions in area an Louisville. Laundry only has two machines and is $2.00 per load. Would stay again.
