We stayed two nights to visit the Little Bighorn battle field. Had a nice back-in site number 6 with a shade tree and grass. The hostess as very helpful and friendly. She let us borrow a CD for touring the ballet field, very nice. Also visited the Big Horn County Historical Museum, very interesting. Would stay here again!
For the fee we expect more. While the site was a pull through, it was rocky and dirt, then muddy when it rained. Also, the site was narrow, a motor home next to us was too close to allow us to put out the awning. There were several grassy areas which would have been nicer and looked wider. Anyone thinking of this campground should request the grassy area west of the store. The shower was OK, but water on the floor outside the shower stall would not drain due to drain location higher than floor. On a positive note, the view of the Tetons was great.
