Nice park with extremely nice hosts. We were away from the road and it was very quiet. River is right behind park on the other side of a levy. Toilets were close - showers were a little further. This is the closest private rv park to Arches. Moab is a fun town with a lot of stuff to see up and down the "main drag". If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.
We were in Loop A and had a nice view of the lake. Not much shade but campers had a lot of room between them. Our site was a pull through with a paved surface. Restrooms were close and clean. Showers a little further and $2 (take quarters). No Wi-Fi in our area but some got it nearer to the lodge. If I were there again, I would definitely stay here.
If you like a lot of screaming kids, motorcycles, 4-wheelers, and dogs then this park is for you. Very small sites (our site had two other tent campers within 15-20 feet of us). We could hear just about everything everyone said (and their radios and kids). Most families had 3 -5 kids. I think Ruby owns the town as everything there is Ruby's this or Ruby's that. One set of restrooms in need of remodel. However, it is the closest RV park to Bryce. To see Bryce Canyon was worth it. However, were I to go again, I'd probably try to find a different RV park (or go when school was in session and less kids would be there).
Electricity only sites. Sites are fairly large but little shade. They had just opened up new toilet facilities when we were there. Had bathrooms and a place to wash dishes. No showers. Were I going back to Zion, I'd probably check out campgrounds in Springdale (just a mile down the road).
