By far the best TT park I've EVER stayed, and I have stayed in several all over the country. This place was very well maintained, clean and secure. The staff was nice and welcoming. Great location, tons of things to do in Seaside, equally nice to stay in the park. If you get one of the sites next the the pool and rec room, they have great Wi-Fi reception. Kids loved the covered pool. We will stay here again.
Great location. This TT benefits from the beautiful Pacific City area. Beautiful tall trees at each campsite. The campsites are not "neighbor" friendly. In other words, they are situated as such that you are isolated from your neighbor. I guess in some cases that could be a good thing, but I always like to see and talk to the fellow RV's in the park. The park is big, so unless you want a work out, you'll need to take a car to the rec center or camp store from the camp sites. Most TT parks are old and run down, however this one is very well kept and maintained, bathrooms and showers were clean. Limited satellite service, only a few spots because of the trees, and they don't have cable TV in all spots. I would stay here again.
We LOVE this park. Our latest trip was our third visit. The Staff is extremely helpful and nice. A very warm welcome upon arrival. The grounds are always clean and well kept, very inviting. We have two boys: 11 and 8. They have the run of the park along with the other kids. The family fire pit is very nice, very big and always has plenty of room for kids to do s'mors and adults to enjoy conversation. The only BAD thing about this park is the addition of the PIZZA man! This was new to us. Upon arrival we were hounded to buy pizza. After a long drive on the road and trying to check in, the last thing I was thinking about was pizza. But the sales guy never stopped! He even followed me to my RV and hounded me while I was hooking up. I finally gave in just so he would leave. Although the pizza was ok, it was NOT worth the 20 plus dollars. Too bad because this is one of the finest parks I've stayed in, the pushy pizza guy is not necessary.
