We really enjoyed this park. It is very quiet and private. All the sites are paved and well maintained. We drove through some other campgrounds in the area and decided even though we are not ocean front we really preferred the camp ground because if wasn't over crowded. This campground was mainly older people which was fine with us. We did have our son (9) and nephew (7) with us and they were fine with the very large pool and playground. It is a very safe area and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay again. Also, the bath houses were some of the nicest we have every seen. They are cleaned frequently and have individual glass enclosed showers.
We love this campground and everything about it. We only ever have two complaints. They\ showers have the pull cords which makes it very hard to shower. My 8 year old son always has a hard time getting it to work. My second issue is the charge to bring your own golf cart. This is the only campground that I have been to where it has been an issue. Other then that we love it and come many times per year.
We really liked this campground except they put our 40' 5th wheel in the back lot. The roads are very narrow with lots of trees. The girl at the front desk directed us in the wrong way, but once we got settled it was very nice. Next time we will request a front lot or a super site.
We really like this campground. They do have plenty to do and the "rangers" are pretty nice. The only complaint I have with this campground: the bath houses are old and pretty worn out. They are not kept very clean. We camp here almost every weekend during the season and have visited a lot of places, but this is the only place we really have this complaint. Also, it appears that they only have one bathhouse for each section and they are not conveniently located. Other then that, the sites are very large and pretty level. They didn't have the snack bar open yet, but said they didn't have enough time with the long winter.
