Large sites for big rigs; right beside highway. Road construction while we were there so very noisy. Good Wi-Fi. Park very poorly maintained. Grass and weeds very long; lots of wasps and bees in those weeds! Poor water pressure. Just an open field with services.Numerous seasonal residents.

This park seems to have deteriorated more every time we stay there. Not much regular maintenance, I would think. They advertise wi-fi but none was available and no one in the office could offer any help. Still no sewer hook-ups and to have the "honey" truck come by is $15.!!And they only do it on Sat. and Sun. What do you do for the rest of the week? Encourages dumping grey water on the ground, it seems.Side-by-side hook-ups but site size is decent.A lot of old run-down trailers here.

This is a very nice, well-kept park with nice sites. We had asked for 50 amp, pull-thru and were given a site facing the bush which was about 15 feet away.Next time I would go with 30 amp hook-up; the sites are much bigger and with no large over-hanging trees. No internet of any kind which was a disappointment. This campground is a bit difficult to find in the South of the Border complex; only one small sign on the highway pointing in a general direction. Access is thru the parking lot of the General Store with gas station out front.

This park is about 90% permanent trailers of early 70's vintage, and they tend to give the whole park a rather dismal, run-down appearance.Seems most of the residents live there year-around. I think the park manager does the best she can given what she has to work with. Pool area is lovely and seems to be new with nice deck furniture. The few camping spaces are the tightest we have ever seen; hook-ups are side-by-side and you can literally shake hands with your neighbour thru the window!Your concrete patio is about 4 feet from your neighbour on the curb side.Streets are paved but sites leave a lot to be desired. The entire park seems to be "tired" and in need of a facelift and made more big-rig friendly. We stayed there on a promotion of 7 nights for $125.00. For that price , we were not expecting first-rate accommodation but I would never pay the full rate. Too close quarters for long-term.
