Ochlockonee River State Park was a beautiful park. The tiny deer were everywhere. It is very remote and quiet. The sites are large enough to have a bit of privacy. There are no groceries or fuel stations close by. They call this area the forgotten coast.
Anastasia State Park was one of the most enjoyable parks we have visited. Our site was private, clean and absolutely gorgeous! WI-FI is available compliments of the little store and cafe at the beach. We camped here in Nov. and practically had the beach to ourselves. Bring your bicycles and your cameras! We can't wait to return to this park!
Blue Spring State Park is a beautiful spot but needs renovation. The sites were not very clean and really tight. The bathhouse was dirty and smelly! The train will keep you up at night! We did have the opportunity to see the manatees so that was a big plus. I am not sure that we will camp here again.
