An older park, seemed to used mostly by snowbirds. We used a pull-through space which was wide, long, and nearly level. Electricity, water, and sewer were fine. The free Wi-Fi was very good also. Park staff were both friendly and helpful. Most amenities seen were good, with an excellent lending library. The pool room was the exception: One pool table in pretty rough shape, with 11 cue sticks and the bridge broken and leaning in one corner. We could find only 2 usable cue sticks. They advertise pool tournaments on their web site so we expected equipment in better shape.

Nice park, with friendly folks all around us. Many seasonal units and park models, which means not too many spaces available for overnighters and short-term visitors. The cost reflects our monthly rate. The managers for the past four years have just retired, but the friendly owner lives on site and is currently training the new manager.

We spent over three months here, November 2007 through January 2008. We loved the park and the amenities. With very few exceptions, the staff and volunteers there were friendly and helpful. As mentioned below, the business which owns Canyon Vistas is trying to make it a park model community, and it won't be too much longer before RVers are petty much squeezed out. They have several Wi-Fi antennas scattered throughout the park, but seemed to have trouble generating a reliable signal for many of the sites. It got even worse when the park filled up. A good signal could always be had by taking your laptop to the central complex though.

A really great park! We stayed there in mid-June, 2007. When we arrived, we found that they were full for the day. Since they had one space available the following day they called around locally and found a very nice park for us to spend that night. The next day we returned and they accepted our PA discount for the three days we stayed with them. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful to us. The park was clean, had nice wide spots with tall bushes between them for privacy, and excellent WIFI and TV cable. In all, a quiet, comfortable RV park. I strongly recommend you get reservations, as the park was fully booked all the time we were there.

Stayed there Mid June 07. Thought it was pretty expensive @ $40.50 (with discount). We stayed only one night. Nice pull thru sites, fairly level, with some shade trees at many of the sites. They have a heated pool a small miniature golf course (which they charge extra to use) and a small, fairly well stocked, store. Our site was at the far end of the park, so it was pretty quiet. I'm sure the sites up front would get a lot of road noise as they are very close to the highway. They were beginning to upgrade the park and add more spaces when we arrived, and it looks like they will be making some nice changes.

A very nice RV park. We stayed there June 2007. The park we had intended to stay at was full, and this was a second choice. The bath rooms and showers were immaculate and the sites were clean and well kept. The roads and slots are paved. They had WIFI, but were experiencing problems with their repeater and it was intermittent at our RV pad during our visit. The Park has Cable TV, with a good number of channels. Even tho they are not close to the ocean and somewhat difficult to find, this park stays very full during the Summer months and has quite a few long-term customers. We were quite fortunate to find an available space for the night. We would strongly suggest that you call ahead for reservations.
