Very well maintained campground. Laundry, showers were clean and functional. Office staff was great and willing to help in any way possible. Only things not making this a 10 are no cable TV and the pull-through sites are to short to keep the toad connected and clear the road. We will definitely be back.
Great campground close to I-80 but far enough so you don't hear any road noise. Power, Wi-Fi and cable all great. Escort to site which is fairly level gravel and all pull throughs. Owner on site and ready to help as required. Easy access to all sites and to the Interstate. Price reflects Good Sam discount.
As previously stated this is a very tight campground for a 40' motorhome. Entrance and turns in the campground are extremely tight. Other than that, the restrooms are clean, good power and cable and free WiFi. Some long term occupants have spread out of there assigned spots and make the rows almost impassable at times. For a big rig I would consider the KOA up the road. We will not return here.
Excellent campground not far off I-55. Well marked and easy to get to. This is a new campground with huge concrete pull-through sites. Easiest big rig access we have ever experienced. Wi-Fi signal was strong and free! No shade yet, but new trees are planted at every site. Pool was not open yet so we couldn't try it. They have a large dog run with a rocker bench seat to relax on. Power was good with no fluctuations. This park would be a 10 if it had some shade, but they are working on it.
This is actually two parks in one. Very cramped sites around the canal and the "super sites" which are level 100' concrete with small patio. No shade in the super site area. Wi-Fi is available for a fee but signal was good. The office staff was short and all business. If you haven't been here all winter you are really treated as a outsider. Closest groceries are 6 miles away. They sell nothing in the campground. When you arrive you have to sign a receipt for the three pages of rules. Be carefully what rate they quote and what they actually charge.
They have 6 new pads with full hook-ups with a great view of the lake. The new power has some problems with low voltage with one leg of the 50 amp circuit. When we called in advance they said a 40' motorhome was no problem. WRONG! The roads are very narrow with tight turns and low tree branches. Except for the new pads most sites are not accessible with a motorhome over 32'. We noticed stray dogs and cats roaming the area but seemed not to be bothering anyone. The normal rate is $20 but $24 for the new pads
Excellent campground close to the Grand Old Oprey. Wi-Fi was the best we have ever seen. Office people were informative and courteous. Pull through spots are very limited and only about 50 feet long. RV service center and Camping World on each side of campground. Restrooms and laundry were clean and operational.
A very rustic campground, very close to the interstate. All rock spots with little to no privacy between pads. Office help was great to advise on local restaurants etc. This campground is ok for a overnight stay but not much to look at or do in the area. Sites are adequate for a 40' motorhome, but the turns to get in and out of your site are very tight.
One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever been in. Sites are large, level and lined with pavers and beautifully landscaped. Talked with one of the owners and they plan to continue at least through the 2008 season despite rumors of closing. Only downfall is the WiFi is very slow. Park still rates a 10!
Great stop over park. As previously mentioned, Peter D is a great host and will assist in any way possible to make your stay a great one. Showers and laundry were the cleanest we have ever seen. Only negative I would comment on is the sites are very close together. Washers and driers are a bit pricey. ($2.00)
Nice campground with a great view of the river. Power is steady even when the camp was full and a heavy load on the AC. Sites are gravel and level. Picnic tables could use a little refurbishing but they are useable. Great pool and a well stocked store. WiFi is for charge. You can see Mt St Helens from the back sites on a clear day.
Excellent campground only 25 miles east of I-5 on the way to Mt. Ranier. Sites are laid out in such a way that you don't have to look in your neighbors window. Cell phone availability is very spotty to non existant. I would give this a higher rating if they had 50 amp and sewer at each site.
One of the best campgrounds we have been in. No pull through sites, but all sites are concrete and level and plenty of room for coach and toad. Pool was exceptional. Heated and very clean with a nice clubhouse. WiFi was fair and the signal strength would very some. I would rate it a 10 except for the sewer connection having to be 10 feet from other connections per city code. If you golf or not, this is a first class operation.
