Very quite park, out in the desert. Sites are large, level with a small concrete pad and picnic table at each. Electricity is charged additionally per day $.13 per KWH. Our electric bill came to an additional $1.30 per day. We did not run the AC. Restrooms are not special. Concrete floors, plastic curtains for stall and shower doors. While we were there, there was no cable TV available. Pet rules are enforced yet there are 3 resident dogs that roam the park without anyone picking up after them. Lots of activities but not really kid friendly. Things like the pool table not allowed for under 21 years of age. Swimming pool closes at un-posted times. We booked this park because we wanted quiet vs. train noise. We got the quiet but not the amenities we had experienced at park in Benson. We will probably not stay here again.

This park is great. The service at check-in was very professional and friendly. We arrived with multiple rigs and special needs (OHV trailers). We were quickly on our way to our sites and directed to where to park our OHV trailers. The sites are level and the mature trees are a must. The sites can be close for the largest of rigs but our gasers w/slides on both sides fit fine. The pool was refreshing and always clean. The restrooms were clean even with the many tenters utilizing them. The WiFi worked at our sites. The onsite store, gas station and laundry mat were very convenient. The location is a plus for us, in the middle of town, but no road noise. We have stayed here for multiple years and will continue to when visiting Moab.

This park is just ok. Front desk open and closed at odd hours, almost as if the folks managing have another full time job? Pool was clean but hot tub rules not enforced- children using hot tub even though signs say no. Restrooms were clean but need updated- minimal lighting. Sites are all dirt with some gravel. 50A sites are bigger and better maintained than 30A sites. On the rare time when it does rain, the non-50A sites are muddy. Many of the trees are dieing out. There are numerous oil/gas line long term residence and several of these have kennels set up with multiple dogs in their sites. Park doesnít seem to mind there messy sites or barking dogs. Usually KOAís can be counted on for maintaining the rules. As stated in previous posts, this use to be a nicer park. We will probably look for other options when staying in this area again.

Sites are average for metropolitan park. They do have free shuttle to Disney. Runs at least every hour except for lunch and dinner break. Beware of your site location within the park. The north end of the park is against Interstate 5 and noisy 24hrs a day. Difficult to sit outside and have a conversation due to noise. The night tempís are cool but you canít leave your windows open because of the interstate noise. Also, the north end of the park has restrooms that are not described online. They are more on the community or open style and as a guest on the north end of the park, you do not get the combination for the private restrooms (located in the center and south end of the park). Park has many mobile homes and long term residents.
