We stayed here one month, no monthly discount offered as we stayed in one of their 'best' sites (#40). Very pleased with site - level, excellent hookups and no neighbors on our 'yard' side. Interior roads and sites are grass/gravel. There are some steep hills, some potholes, but staff is working on roads. Many sites in upper area have good satellite view. Verizon voice and data reception poor. Laundry, restrooms and pool very clean. Eight miles to town of West Chester, 15 miles Walmart, 20 to COSTCO. Beautiful dog friendly nature preserve 1/2 mile. Nice dog park in KOA. Park well kept, nice views from lower sites across Brandywine Creek. NEGATIVE: All roads leading to KOA are narrow, shoulder-less, hilly, with many curves and routine 90 degree turns, difficult to maneuver 42' toy hauler. We may not return due to the difficult access roads.

Rate reflects monthly rate, including tax for waterfront site. Sites and roads crushed shell gravel, easy to maneuver 42' toy hauler w/ F350. Site fairly level, FHU's excellent. We did not use cable or WiFi. Easy satellite set up from our site, may be difficult on interior sites due to pine trees. Consistent Verizon 3G, occasional 4G for voice and data. Dog friendly with 1/2 mile beach walk. Laundry clean w/ plenty of hot water. IGA market, ACE hardware and laundry four miles (90 cents for wash/dry/fold). Staff and campers friendly and helpful. Great place to relax, watch bay wildlife and fisherman. We plan to stay another month next year,

Narrow, paved loop road; gravel sites, fairly level. Sites are large, private, and shady, most not satellite friendly. Electric and H2O hookups are fine. No sewer, but convenient dump station. Restrooms and showers are SPOTLESS, plenty of hot water. 2 washers and dryers - also spotless, but we did not use them. Verizon has consistent 3G and intermittent 4G. Very dog friendly with 3 well maintained nature trails; longest is 1 mile. Staff and hosts are knowledgeable and helpful. Walmart and grocery stores are within 3 miles. Magic Castle Laundry, excellent wash/dry/fold service @1.25/lb. Only negative: fair amount of noise due to proximity of Eglin Air Force Base; planes flying over and explosions, mostly weekday mornings. Occasional rig shaking noise, rare nighttime noise. We would stay here again.

Beautiful State Park, rangers and camp hosts very helpful. Paved roads with level fine gravel sites. FHU's are well placed and work well. We had to maneuver a bit to back a 42' toy hauler into site #26, but it was doable. We were able to find Dish network satellites after moving our portable dish onto our roof (Superbowl weekend), but all sites have beautiful pines and are not very satellite friendly. Verizon voice service was fine, data was erratic but usable. Dog friendly with usual leash and building restrictions, excellent walking paths along river and around lakes. Restrooms were extremely clean. About 10 miles to grocery and fuel. Daily trash pickup at site. Host rakes and cleans sites after each use. Minor issue: close proximity to heliport, daytime noise can be annoying. We will stay here again.

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Escort to site, marina view site (#22) easy to back 42' 'RV and with room to park a dually truck. Site fairly level. Hookups work well and are well placed. Satellite friendly, but very good cable with over 25 channels. Excellent Verizon 4G voice and data. Roads and sites gravel, no drainage problems after one night of rain. Small well landscaped area separating sites, grass area behind rig. Very dog friendly with large fenced area and plenty of grassy walking space. Daily trash pick-up at site. Enjoyed well priced Bar B Q dinner in bar, recommend daily movie 'Hurricane on the Bayou'. Shuttle to French Quarter excellent ($5.00 PP RT). Laundry in main office/bar building very clean, laundry near Marina clean, four washers work well, but showing rust. We did not experience any sales or insurance pressure and felt safe at all times during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly rate. Owners extremely friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. We reserved an extra long super-site. However upon arrival there was none available, We had some difficulty maneuvering 42' Toyhauler onto regular site. Site was level, utilities and cable excellent. Verizon voice and data were excellent. Dog friendly, with dirt road alongside of campground for longer walks. Restrooms and laundry exceptionally clean. Excellent location - easy drive into Corpus Christi, and to beaches. WalMart 5 miles, HEB grocery 2 miles. We would stay here again (preferable in a super-site).

Rate reflects KOA Value card discount. Large pull-through sites with escort. Sites are fairly level, hookups excellent. Plenty of room to maneuver our 42' toy hauler. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Very dog friendly with large fenced area and plenty of space for walks, including municipal greenway path along a creek. We had no concerns regarding safety (see prior reviews). Cable excellent. Very good Verizon voice and data. WalMart 3 miles, COSTCO 15 miles. Very easy drive to downtown San Antonio, McNay Museum, and Mission San Jose. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Managers very friendly. We were escorted to large pull through, level site with brick patio, pergola, rocking chairs, picnic table, and grill. Beautiful view. Excellent hookups. Dog friendly with small fenced area and plenty of space for walks. Laundry was exceptionally clean. Restrooms were very clean; did not use showers. Only negative was almost no Verizon service (data or voice). Resort Wi-Fi worked well. We would stay here again.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Paved roads with concrete sites. Big Rigs park diagonally across 2 sites, we just fit with 42' 5th wheel. Site level. FHU work well, easy satellite view. Verizon data and voice excellent. Office staff efficient. Landscaping has apparently been well trimmed since prior reviews. We are in first row, about 500 feet from Highway 33, which is a major truck route, and quite noisy 24 hours per day. Dog walk area between site and highway: dirt and weeds. Laundry needs major renovation. We did not check restrooms. We did not have problems with neighbors or dogs and feel safe. We would stop here again for one or two nights due to 100 mile proximity to San Francisco.

Rate reflects monthly rate (plus electric). Paved roads, mostly gravel sites, fairly level, easy maneuvering 42'5th. FHU well located on site. Many shaded sites and many with easy satellite view. Excellent cable TV. Excellent Verizon voice and data reception. Restrooms and laundry excellent, staff excellent, helpful and enthusiastic. Grounds constantly groomed. Very dog friendly. Close to Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco, and coast. W/I 10 miles of COSTCO, grocery stores, Trader Joe's, WalMart, and Green String Farm Market. Very family oriented, especially on weekends - no issues w/ noise. Only negative: surrounded by farms and onsite petting zoo -- occasional STRONG 'barnyard' odor.

Very nice, knowledgeable staff. Park has long, level gravel sites (#53), nice size site w/ grass and picnic table. Excellent Verizon 3G data and voice. Some noise from I-90 and truck stop. Very convenient to Deer Lodge and I-90. Laundry clean and reasonable. Dog friendly with large open field, no fenced area. Recommend the County Park at the south end of town for paved dog friendly walk along Clark Fork River. We would stay here again.

We stayed 10 days in site #25, huge, fairly level, paved, satellite friendly site. Most sites have mature trees and may not be satellite friendly; however the area behind office is a large field and probably satellite friendly. Dog friendly, but no fenced area. Excellent Verizon 3G data and voice. Laundry very clean. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast excellent and good value. We would stay here again.

A great campground for a short stay -- easy off/on I90. Good Verizon 4G service for voice and data. Sites large enough for 42' fifth wheel, no problem maneuvering. Large fenced dog run. Pete is very helpful and knowledgeable, helped w/ sightseeing and referred us to excellent tire store. We would definitely stay here again.

Agree with immediately previous reviewer. Our site was a long, fairly level, pull-through, shaded, but one end clear for good satellite reception. Very good 3G Verizon voice and data. Diesel available one exit west. We would stay here again.

Campground very convenient to Superior WI and Duluth MN. Long, fairly level, satellite friendly sites. No cable, OTA basic networks with OK reception. Utilities convenient and worked well. Pool and hot tub very clean. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Pet friendly, no designated pet area. Laundry and bath house could use updating. Verizon 3G service good for both data and voice. No problem maneuvering 42' fifth wheel. We would stay here again

Rate reflects KOA Value Kard discount. Interior roads gravel, most sites gravel/dirt with grass areas. Long pull-through and back-in sites, fairly level, some satellite friendly, many with shade. No problem maneuvering 42' fifth wheel. Laundry very clean with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Pool is smallish but spotless. Verizon 4G (data and voice) very good. Pet friendly but no designated area. Very convenient to shopping, camping world, COSTCO and Minneapolis. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We will stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly rate. Sites long and narrow, very close together, but typically rigs assigned to every other site, giving fair space. Staff helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Sites fairly level. Laundry and bathrooms clean but in need of updating. Agree with prior review: a good old fashioned cleaning and trimming is needed, also agree sewer connection too high. Playground no longer exists. Cable good w/ 60+ channels, HD cuts in and out. Good 3G Verizon voice and data. Very convenient to Porkcupine Mountains, and copper mines. I doubt that we would stay here again.

Beautiful, large, grassy, mostly shaded sites. 30 amp only. Pet friendly. Roads and sites paved, sites level. No laundry. Showers, restrooms very clean. Verizon 3G data excellent. Most sites not satellite friendly, no cable, basic OTA channels. Railroad next to campground, with occasional noise. Watch carefully for signs -- campground is behind K-Mart shopping center. No credit cards - checks OK. We will stay here again.

Rate reflects 3 week stay. Staff/Owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are 8-10 full hook-up, grassy, level satellite friendly sites in front of the office. These can be noisy due to proximity to M-28 Highway and the railroad across the highway. We moved from front to back after several days. Back area offers assorted sites from tent to full hook up (with some "buddy" sites). All sites are large, private, with mature tree canopy, not satellite friendly, and have fire-ring and picnic table. Cable was excellent with 60+ channels. Back roads and sites are dirt/gravel, some potholes. We had no trouble maneuvering a 42' 5th wheel. Site was fairly level. There was an occasional train whistle. Pet friendly, but no designated areas. ATV trail behind park was pretty, and there was a good dog walk area. Verizon 3G voice and data were excellent. Laundry was small with 3 residential washers and 2 dryers. I used the laundromat in town which had spotless stainless commercial equipment. We did not use Wi-Fi or showers, although showers were clean when I checked. Pool was very clean. We would stay again.

Rate reflects PassPort America membership. Level, well maintained sites; however, sites are narrow, grass area between sites approximately 10 feet wide, felt very cramped when rig pulled in next to us. Indoor pool and mini-golf well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good satellite reception, good Verizon 3G.

Stayed five weeks and rate reflects monthly rate, plus electric. This is a beautiful resort with long gravel pull-through shaded sites with views of both lakes. Landscape is beautiful. It is dog friendly with trails around both lakes. Beach is very nice. It is family friendly. There is about a 1/4 mile walk along trail. Showers /laundry were spotless. Yes, dryer is .25 cents for 4 minutes, but dryers are industrial so a load of jeans and towels finished in 16 min ($1.00). Owners and staff are very helpful.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. Very clean and well kept park. Escort to site, friendly helpful staff. Rules reviewed at check-in. Pet friendly. H2O fine with use of filter. Site #66, fairly level and long, clear view of southern sky for satellite. I74 300 feet from site, some noise, but bearable. Train track several hundred feet away - daily train @2:00pm, very loud but fun to watch. No other train traffic during stay. Entry and lanes tight, but doable for our 42'fifth wheel +F350 truck. Good 3G Verizon service.

Huge open City Park located close to I-70. We had premium site next to paved path around lake (circular path around lake is about 5 miles). New park, long level pull-through, good size grass area, concrete patio, and fire ring. Site situated so that yard area faces away from lake -- disappointing. Did not change site due to schedule issues. Excellent 4G service.

We spent 5 nights here. Agree with prior reviews, long, fairly level pull throughs, all hook-ups work well, basically large gravel parking lot in commercial/industrial area. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, working on re-graveling sites, adding brick patios and improving landscaping. Very convenient to downtown Paducah and I-24. Verizon 3G good, no 4G service.

We spent two nights here and were very pleased. Office staff friendly and helpful, escort to site. Gravel site level and large, shaded with grass area. We opted for site near small pond at the back of resort. Some traffic noise from I24,but not noticeable inside rig and not objectionable outside. Very pet friendly, 3/4 mile 'nature' walk around field at back of resort. Verizon 3G service good with intermittent 4G. Easy on/off I24.

Very clean, quiet, new park. Very easy to navigate; nearly all good size pull through sites. Basically an open field with no trees. Satellite, and Verizon cell and 3G reception excellent. Dog friendly with good size fenced off-leash run. Laundry facility excellent; rest rooms and showers very clean. WalMart and Lowes about 5 miles.

Excellent, friendly resort. Very dog friendly. Excellent tourist information, including orientation talk. Both Metro Bus and Gray Line Tours pick up inside park. Verizon cell and 3G service excellent. There is some traffic noise due to proximity to I-495/95. Our site (81) was a couple of hundred yards from Interstate and fairly noisy; will request site further away from Interstate next visit. Very well maintained showers/restrooms/pool, dog runs and hiking trail.
