Very clean, quiet small park with fantastic owners. The site was plenty long to accommodate our 45 footer with ample space to get in and out of the site. It is about 2 miles off I-17 so very quiet. Wi-Fi worked very well. This park is definitely the best in the Camp Verde area. Will recommend this to all our friends and will stay here again.
Well kept clean "Basic" park with immaculate facilities. "BIG RIG" friendly. Long level pull throughs with long narrow cement patio. Pull throughs are side by side hookups with plenty of room for tow vehicle. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Great place for base camp to do Arches, National Monument, National Bridges and other driving and hiking area. Very quiet, excellent Wi-Fi, I can't say enough good things about this park. Rate is based on monthly rate.
This is a basic RV park that has just been updated with 50 amp service at all sites and now has long pull-throughs. The back-in sites are also long enough to handle a big rig. Easy getting in and out of park. Awesome lady in the office that is so helpful and very informative regarding the town and knows the area very well. This park is a good location to see Mesa Verde National Park and the surrounding Indian ruins. We compared all the parks close to this one on our first day in town and decided to stay here a month because this park rates right up there with all the other parks but this one has lower rates and nicer front desk people. Select a site in the back of the park and it will be very quiet for sleeping. Only thing this park lacks is a pool and more laundry machines. Wi-Fi was good. We recommend this park and will definitely return if in the area.
The owners of this park are fantastic. They are so friendly and make you feel like family from the moment you check in. The pool was not open because it was after Labor Day. Wi-Fi was excellent, laundry room was clean, our site was very long pull through easy in and out. With no recent rain it was dusty due to the gravel road but that is my only complaint and that is not the park's fault. We would definitely stay here again.
This KOA needs to change the pictures on the website to reflect the current condition of the park. It is old, not well kept, at least half of the sites are long stay residents and not easy for a 43 ft. rig with a tow to maneuver around. No one obeys the posted speed limit including the workers on the ATVs. The office is closed from 10-2 P.M. and when we checked in at 2:00 the lady at the counter acted like we were interrupting her day. The only nice thing I can say about this park is the gentleman who is a workamper from Texas was so nice and helpful. We normally do not stay at KOAs because they are so over priced and are not as they appear on the website. This one like the others held up to our thinking. We would not stay at this park again.
This park is within the fairgrounds and the directions to the entrance were not well marked. The sites are to be back ins but we were able to pull through our site because there were not many rigs there. No amenities, no Wi-Fi or cable but was very quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
This is a typical casino RV park. No Wi-Fi, pool or other amenities on site. Pool was available at the hotel but not close to the RV park. Train noise was very annoying, quiet time was from 11- 8 A.M. however 4 days in a row the street sweeper was going up and down the streets at 7:00 A.M. The check-in girls at the mini mart were not friendly at all, acted like we were a bother, just give me the money!!!! Location is good for visiting the sights. We would stay again if in the area only because there is no other park this close to town.
This is a little park with very friendly owners. The pull thrus are plenty long to accommodate any size rig. A little pricey for a park without amenities. Wi-Fi was good. This park is about the only one in the west Columbus area and we would stay here again if passing through Columbus.
This is an overnight stop only. No Cable.. no satellite sites. Only 30 amps no 50 amps in the park. Wi-Fi is good. The site was long enough for our 45 ft. MH with a tow. The negative is the owner's 4 dogs ( 3 black labs and a smaller mutt) ran loose even chasing the golf cart taking us to our site. One section has what looks like Fema trailers occupied by many male Latino seasonal workers. We would stay here again only in an emergency.
Our rate was Passport America. This is an older mobile home park that is being converted over to RV sites. Wi-Fi was excellent. Pull thru site was dirt and grass with a cement patio. Owner and maintenance man were so friendly and helpful. We would stop here again for an overnight stop but not without the discount price.
I called the day prior regarding a pull thru site as we are 45 foot pulling a car. Was told no problem and a reservation was not needed for a Wed. night. We arrived on Wed. and were put in a pull thru that was not long enough to accommodate us not unhooking. Were told at the office no bigger sites were available. We had electric problems as our coach would not accept the power as it said low voltage. Asked to be moved to check for acceptable power and were put in a much larger site that was long enough for coach and tow. How was this available when just 15 minutes earlier we were told all the longer ones were taken? Wi-Fi was a joke.. too weak signal to connect. Very close tight sites. Would not stay here again due to the site problem we encountered with the front office.
