This place was sharp. Stayed at Windmill Cove the night before and was incredibly disappointed. Moved over to Tiki and absolutely loved it. Incredibly friendly staff, restaurant on site, wifi available. Everything was clean and neat. We had a blast.
This place was a dump. Septic backed up and there was a stench. No one was cleaning the restrooms or bathrooms. Plus the place is up for sale so it seems no one cares. We stayed the next night at Tiki Lagun, down the road and found it to be 10x cleaner and much more friendly staff.
New park, clean and neat, but expensive, plus they charged on occupancy tax on top of the $32. there were no trees for shade or comfort, just concrete and asphalt in a field. We frequent I-5 north and south and try different palaces. More bang for the buck, there are better out there in the area, but this is nice.
You get what you pay for. Voltage dropped on us as well. Its fairly neat and clean, but the livestock flies are an issue. Nothing to rave about. The managers were rude on our last stay and the location was a bit out of the way. There seem to be better options in the surrounding area.
