This park is good for a nights stay but has 15 amp service only as it still runs on a generator system, power lines to this area are being constructed. Mosquitoes are abundant and hungry. We went to the cafe to eat and were greeted by two mangy looking dogs in the food service area! I like animals but they do not belong in the cafe where i am eating, period. All animals carry germs and diseases that can be harmful to humans. So this is a good place to stay for a night but not to eat unless you like dog hair etc. in your food. We would stay here again but never eat in the lodge or cafe. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate shown includes all taxes. Site was a fairly level pull-through. All utilities worked. Fairly remote place with no TV or radio (unless you have satellite) and Wi-FI was available for an extra $20. Although the campground itself was fairly plain and open (some shade in the dry sites) the surrounding country had some fantastic views. We were lucky enough to safely view from our motorhome a bear sow and its cub grazing on the edge of the campground. Plenty of mosquitoes and black flies here, but they aren’t a problem if you cover up or use bug dope. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Minimal services for RV's. The main resort seems to cater to wealthy clientele who stay in luxury suites and cabins. We felt like the "poor relations" stuck out back where no one could see us. WiFi was available for $20!! We declined that service. Diesel was $1.49/litre, most expensive we have seen so far. The washrooms were beautiful, but not nice enough to encourage us to stay here ever again. Service in the office was extremely slow, one poor staff member trying to do multiple jobs at the same time. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

Bell 2 Lodge caters primarily to elite heli-skiing adventurists and summer travelers driving the Cassiar Highway. It is a remote lodge with picturesque cabins with a few RV spaces located just south of the main cabin area. We arrived a few weeks before they were to close for a month to gear up for their winter tourism season and though the campground was technically closed, they opened water service for us due to milder temperatures. It is a pet friendly place with a fantastic dining hall. We had morning brunch the day we left and it was quite memorable and delicious though the guests were few at that time of year. The sites are level gravel surrounded by tall forest on two sides and 10 sites have water, 15 amp power and sewer (in the summer months). The lodge has a meeting hall, saunas, and a large hot tub. Communication can be a problem as it is all done via satellite, no cell phone coverage so keep trying. A lovely but wild and remote spot to stop. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
