Stayed here for 2 nights primarily as access to the nearby Provincial park. Nice for a bigger rig like ours to be able to pull through. Not many of these in Canada. The rate is passport America plus one extra adult. There is free WiFi but very weak to iffy. 30 amp or less only, no sewer but a good dump station. Satellite reception was excellent as there are no trees. Don't plan on doing laundry here. One machine and it's in the women's bath house. Great views of the St Lawrence from some of the outer sites and access to the shoreline. Management is outstanding and were quite helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly staff, big rigs have plenty of space here. Electricity 30 amp. gave some problems. Wi-Fi is OK if you have direct view with entrance gate, high speed! Great walking on the beach, good biking to Sainte Anne. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an open feild campground. Staff was very friendly but spoke very little English. Sites were very large and only a short walk from the Saint Lawerance seaway. Interior roads a little rough. The power was good and water was OK to drink. The price reflects Passport America rates. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a large, treeless, open field with about a dozen sites immediately above and on the shore of the St. Lawrence. The remaining sites are in a flat field. Some sites had 30 amp service, but others only had 15 amp service (and even that was shared between two sites). There is no shade on any of the sites, but given the weather, cold and windy, no shade was needed. The managers both spoke English, facilitating transactions. While this campground is known as Au Bord de Mer, the huge sign out front suggests a different name, that of a lobster restaurant plus camping. We drove past as did another group of four before turning back to the campground. The campground is on the eastern side of Cap Chat. The price, for two “services” (water and electric) reflects a 50% discount for Passport America; there is a two day minimum requirement for that rate. We enjoyed the sunsets over the river and would stay here again as we traveled the Gaspe peninsula. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Used our Passport America 50% off. We were out on a peninsula with grassy sites, no trees and some low bushes along the edge of the campground. Sites on water had 15 amp only. We chose a 15/30 amp fairly level site in the middle of the campground. Electricity weak. Owners/managers friendly but little English. Stay was pleasant and quiet. Big rig friendly. Only rated a 7 due to weakness of electric hookup. We camped here in a Motorhome.
