This park is almost entirely long term, seasonal campers. It is not set up for over night use. At check-in, the lady seemed very disorganized. She said that the original pull-thru she had assigned had already been taken, and so, the owner had instructed her to give us two side by side sites. What? That was a new one on us. (We ended up using one site.) She also presented a 30-50 amp connector even though I told her we had one. She insisted we take it as it was already checked out in our name. They advertise WII-FI but it is only available at the office, and she didn't know the code. The interior roads are rough and narrow and there is only one way in and out. The water & electric are too close together so water drips onto 30-50 connector. The sewer cap was loose and would come right off pipe connected to the ground. The sites were not level and too close together. On the upside – – it is quiet at least during the week when we were there. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I Highly recommend this place! This place is truly a family campground and is all about families. They have activities every weekend such as kids/teen hayrides, Adult Bingo, Horse Shoes & Archery, Car Races, Basketball, Teen Bocce, Adult Bocce, Cribbage, Make your own Sundaes, Fishing Derby, Craft Fair, Dog Show, and the biggest Bonfire ever, 4th of July Fireworks & Dance, and almost every Sunday is a Breakfast buffet and Christmas in August and the whole campground is lighten up with Luminaries. I can't say enough great things about 3 Ponds. The seasonal Campers are the kindness and most caring people you will ever meet along with the Staff and the owners they will go out of their way to help you and never ask for anything in returns. They do it because they truly want to. So Book your next camping trip at 3 Ponds Campground. THIS PLACE ROCKS! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
