Very modern with large cement pads and driveways. Utilities are very solid with good water pressure, excellent electric and good, ground-level sewer access. Our only problem was that most occupants are full-timers and not too tidy. We stayed twice, for a total of 3 weeks and never sensed any odors. The location is quiet and conveniently located. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a good overnight stop with friendly part-time staff. There is no office and you must call when you get there to find out how to check in and site number. Lots of permanent residents. A new looking campground with concrete pads but no picnic tables or grills. The turns in the campground are very tight for a 43 foot Class A. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is my 2nd time here in two years. It is still fairly clean and all concrete. Not much character. The rate has gone up significantly, since last visit. The internet connection is now throttled and limited to 40kB. Too slow for any downloads. The laundry dryers do not heat up well, requiring extended drying times. Based on the internet alone, we won't be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
OK park for a short stay. Price is high for having no amenities. Sites are concrete and not level side to side. Gravel between sites. You had to call a number to check in as there is no office. Was told park is 3 years old. No cable, but antenna gets a few channels. Fenced in dog area which gets muddy if it rains. We probably would not stay here again due to the high cost. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
All concrete and gravel. Concrete pads not level at all. Restrooms and showers were terrible; it looked the cleaning was done by just hosing the room out. One restroom you could not get into. Doggie waste cans need to be emptied; they smelled awful. Road noise was a problem; trucks used engine brakes all hours of the night. No office; just a number to call to check in. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Easy to find and get into. Concrete sites with 50 amp full hook ups. Wi-Fi was great. Owner is pleasant. She helped us out during a VA Hospital stay. No shade, but beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We camped here in a Motorhome.
First review of this fairly new park. Centrally located to Grand Junction. Spaces are large pull-through and all concrete. Decent wireless connection. Very sparse landscaping. Basically, it is a large concrete slab. However, coming from the dust and sand of Moab, this is a welcome change. The only drawback is all of the spaces are not level side-to-side. It's doable, but requires a lot of lift on one side. Overall, it is a nice, clean park. Good weekly rate of $135-$145. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
