Good friendly place to stay. A little high priced, but a nice campground with lots to do. Only downfall is no sewer system, but they do have a honey wagon that will pump you out for an extra $6.00 if done during the week and not on Wed. Weekends and Wednesdays are more expensive. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We always stay here as a last stop as we travel home to Ontario from the west. Most of the sites are permanent and you get the feeling of being an outsider. But that's OK, the park is well supervised, the washrooms are old but clean, the sites are level and its quiet. We prefer the sites on the west side of the park overlooking the lake. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Is a great campground, but I didn't like the PA system, seemed to be abused at times. I also felt that the owners had a "do it my way or hit the highway" attiude, otherwise I would have given it a 8. Many things to do, Shuffle board comp., bingo, hay ride for kids, plenty of trails around to ride bikes. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Over charged for primitive camp sites. Rules said $20 per unit with two cars. Charged us $20 per car. Continualy tried to get us to pay more money for things we didn't use like electricity and water.. crammed too many other campers in one site when there were plenty of other sites in the camp ground.. I made reservations and there were people in my site when I showed up.. then they complained that we were there.. I made reservations they did not..! I would rather camp in a farm field freshly plowed than stay there again. Nice campground but poorly run. ("Camp D") We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
