This campground had nice size yards for each site and a very nice firepit ring. There is not a ton of shade for the non-seasonal sites. Unless you are a permanent, seasonal resident, you are not allowed to use the swimming pool. But everyone does have access to their "waterpark" which consists of a very nice swimming lake, a large inflatable water playground and a water slide. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return at some point. A few drawbacks to note: a train goes through at regular intervals, so if the sound of the horn bothers you, this might not be a place for you to stay. There is virtually no cell phone reception and we were unable to get any antenna reception for TV. They also charge an additional $10 residence fee for your stay besides the nightly charge. It's a bit pricey, but you still get a lot for what you are paying. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We camped here in a travel trailer on what they called a double site (we had family on the site in a pop up). What it turned out to be was a small site that they charged us double for. The quarry was loved by our teenage nephew, until he came out with a leech stuck to his foot and had his shoes stolen. Our 3&5 yr olds liked the splash pad but were not big enough for the other water attractions. The big surprise is the train, not a train ride but an actual CP rail train that screams threw the center of the park all day and NIGHT and sounds it's horn LONG and LOUD, our 3 year old son was terrified and we had to let him sleep with his ear phones on (that he would wear to watch pro mod race cars). That staff was rude and belligerent the prices outrageous ($10 for a small bag of wood), no camp store, because they have the food concession at the beach (which took 15 min's to walk to from our site). Overall we had an awful experience at this park We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This one is a hard place to give a rating for. The water area is amazing, awesome water slides, splash pads, a lake you can swim across and jump off cliffs. Site was OK, a little small but still OK. All sounds good until the train literally passes right through the middle of the property tooting its horn while screaming through. 2am my daughter practically hit the roof when the train blew it's horn. If not for the train this place is a 9. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of kids, very well run park. Great waterpark with slide, rock jumping. Great for families. Very clean. We will be returning. We stayed in site 208. Park is a mix of seasonal and campers. Easy drive from the 401 as well. We camped here in a Motorhome.
