We stayed for a weekly rate of $185 in Dec. Paved road and pads. Friendly manager. Too friendly mosquito's at dusk. Fishing great. 3G hotspot worked. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Points lost for no WI-FI and no fire ring. Be advised to check ahead for availability as there are many longterm people who work in the area plus seasonals whose units remain in the park all week. Even with the longtermers the park is clean and uncluttered. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a lovely park on Lake Sabine, totally divorced from the refining and heavy industry you pass through to access it. Faint train whistles can be heard at times but the many bird sounds are more prevalent. The park is very well kept with spotlessly clean restrooms/laundry, concrete pads and groomed landscaping. Wi-Fi is not available but other utilities are very good. AT&T phone and data service is available in the area. The price listed is based on the weekly rate. We would be very happy to stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived early and there was no one here to pay or question, so we just took a vacant site- all are back in concrete with 50/30 AMP, water, sewer, and cable TV. When the manager arrived she came to the site and was very nice. Even with the higher temps of 80°, the breeze off the lake makes for comfortable camping. The TALL bridge to get to Pleasure Island from Pt Arthur was under repair so there was a bit of a hold-up getting here. No discounts- no credit cards, but cash or check. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great find in Port Arthur and right on Sabine Lake - Outstanding views! We decided to come here rather than take a chance over at Lake Charles. I would return here without doubt. Owners are on site and very helpful when you arrive. The Park is well maintained and sites #6-15 are spectacular. No pull-throughs but the layout is large and easy to back in to the sites. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice and clean new RV park on Sabine Lake. Nice large sites all are concrete. All are back-in. Next door to a free public boat ramp. Great Fishing and Crabbing. BEAUTIFUL VIEW-especially for sites #7 - 16. Manager extremely nice and helpful. There are several RV parks in the area, but none compare to the cleanliness of this one. Free 100+ channel cable. Restrooms very clean. Area is known for birdwatching. Highly recommended. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
