Easy overnight stop heading south on I-25. Good pull through and helpful owner. We'd stop again if passing by. Small basic park, so don't expect frills. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a small but quite nice park that appeared well maintained. There are a few permanent residents as there are with most parks this size. We were a little worried that our 36' RV would not fit but, they had a spot that was easy to get in and out of. I was quite surprised when the owner/manager came out to guide us in. Before I knew it, he had provided a water hose, sewer hose support and hooked up the cable TV. The restrooms/showers were very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the site we were put only had 30A power. Other sites may have had 50A service but, ours didn't. I would recommend this campground to anyone staying at or passing through the Truth or Consequences/Williamsburg area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Decided to stay here due to reviews on this web site. This is our maiden voyage with our new (to us) travel trailer. It's the "off" season so wasn't hard to get a nice pull-thru spot with full hookups. The very friendly, helpful man who checked us in gave us a tour of the facilities, men's & women's restrooms, and the laundry room. Had to walk through the game room which was being re-arranged and unusable. But that's OK as we didn't want to use anything other than the bathrooms anyway. Husband said men's room was nice and very clean. I can testify that the Ladies' was the same. A plus, in my opinion, was that the bathroom which included the toilet, sink, and shower were "single" use, so no one else could come in when in use. Personally, I do not like communal bathrooms, so I was happy. They have Wi-Fi but we used our own Mi-Fi. This park is not fancy. It is typical NM, gravel, etc. but there were a few trees and each site had an aluminum picnic table. Near the road but quiet. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

My wife and I have stayed at this campground five different times in the past three years and find it to have everything we need. The parking spaces are level and clean with plenty of room between RV's. Even though it had rained the day before, the park was dry with no mud. It appeared that new gravel had recently been dumped on the roads and RV sites. The internet has a strong signal and the speed is quite fast. We received instruction and help in parking our rig in the space provided. There is a nice park about a block away that provides a great place to have a picnic or walk our little dog. I recommend that you consider this a place to stay when visiting Truth or Consequence NM or just in need of a night's stay while traveling the highways. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is very convenient to Exit 75 of Rt. 25. Managers were very pleasant and helpful with everything. We stayed a month at $155.00 plus metered electric which we know is fair. No problem with security, and the owner lives on the property. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very old park but a new hard working manager. Site widths about 15 feet and 28 ft long. My trailer stuck out into the driveway about 7 feet as did just about everyone else's. The back of my TV was about 15 feet from the business bypass through town. You park the tow-vehicle on the patio and try not to block the front door. Forget slideouts and awnings. That being said, the grounds were very clean and well maintained as was the laundry room etc. The only problem is that they are kept locked and not always available for use. The daily rate was actually the monthly rate of $135, quite reasonable except that the owner then adds $10 for taxes, something that is included at most of the other parks. We opted to spend $15 more per month for a much nicer park with more in the way of facilities and security. At times, the Wi-Fi was quite good and at other times it slowed to a stop, quite literally. Most all the people in the park were working on a job, very few RV'ers but then it was May. There are a couple of motorcycles in the park (including the owners) but they didn't bother much. The pull-through sites actually sit on the driveway. We won't return because it isn't the kind of park we like but your "mileage might vary". We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
